 I am a great listener and if there is a reason why you have never exercised -  lost weight and then regained it - over eat - drink too much - bury your head in the sand then we will get to the bottom of it over the course of your stay. You of course will lose weight, tone up and feel amazing when you depart. 

  I have  discovered a way of training that takes less time, has more health and fitness benefits and reduces stress on your joints.

Everyone can do it!

 I am NOT an athlete, I am a regular exerciser who works hard. HIIT (high intensity interval training) can be utilised by all.

Each day you'll be consuming healthy, organic dishes that compliment the exercise we are undertaking together. My farmhouse kitchen is always a hub of activity, its where I de-stress and take time to create interesting tasty dishes that are a joy to eat. I only use the best quality locally sourced ingredients so that your stay here is as beneficial as possible.
