Such a simple lunch or light supper- poached eggs, merchant gourmet ( the pouches take 1 min in the microwave) quinoa and seeds, avocado and tomatoes....
I love collecting cookbooks- This is a new and very interesting one- challenging but I’m going to give some of the recipes a go🙊
