I have been teaching Exercise/Pilates for fitness and weight loss for over 20 years. I have been a long time advocate of encouraging men and women to take time out for themselves, whatever their age. There is nothing you can tell me that I haven't heard before, I believe in the power of exercise for better mental health and well-being.

I am pretty sure that I know every trick in the book to maximise your fitness potential and increase your sense of well being! I wish I had known back then what I know now. My approaches to the way I have trained have changed over the years with the times and trends, BUT I have finally discovered a way of training that takes less time, has more benefits and less stress on your joints and everyone can do it.
