I have been teaching Exercise/Pilates for fitness and weight loss for over 25 years. I have been a long time advocate of encouraging men and women to take responsibility for their own health and fitness, whatever their age. It's never too late!

 

There is nothing you can tell me that I haven't heard before, I believe in the power of exercise for better mental health and well-being.

I discovered that exercise made me feel amazing and I have never looked back!

I am a mother of 3 grown-up children and I have been able to maintain a fit and healthy lifestyle throughout their lives. I am not an athlete, I just happen to enjoy keeping fit and the way it makes me feel. 

 

 The actual exercise itself doesn't take long, its the motivation that people struggle with. That's where I come in. 

I practice what I preach and when my empowered clients leave me after their stay at live in fitness, the sense of achievement and satisfaction is enormous for not only them but also for me.
