Your body is a remarkable piece of machinery and one has to keep outwitting it all the time to make sure we get the best from our workouts.... Change and mix up your programmes every 5-6 days to keep getting the maximum "burn for your bucks
Remember that not setting yourself up to fail is very important when it comes to working out! Setting yourself impossible goals (I'm going to get up at 6am on Monday morning and run 10k) is entirely NON beneficial as we end up feeling guilty BEFORE we have even begun! If you start small you may find out that you end up thinking big!👍
