"INTELLIGENT EXERCISE- THE FAST FOOD OF FITNESS"- I will teach you to eat well, EXERCISE INTELLIGENTLY (12 min HIIT plans) without causing injury to your joints and it can all be done without leaving home. Your time with me will be an education whether you have never exercised before or have been exercising for years and are back where you started… I will teach you how to eat well inexpensively and offer you motivational Skype’s once you have left me along with videos and healthy recipe ideas!

Ideally I would prefer for my clients/residents to spend 3 nights and 4 days with me. This is long enough for you to reap the benefits!

Arrive in time for lunch. Earlier the better!

On the day of your arrival we spend the first afternoon walking on the beach getting to know each other. 

Early evening we do our first HIIT (high intensity interval training session) followed by lots of stretching and toning. I find that the stretching is one of the most important parts of a clients time with me, almost outweighing the fitness, but not quite!

 

We'll then have a delicious healthy home-cooked supper. The time we are NOT together is your own to enjoy the surroundings, read a book, watch TV, chat and learn about healthy eating. 

During the two full days we will start with a work out at the beginning of our day (you decide the time) and at the end of our day. Stretching, walking, chatting and exploring the beautiful coastline in between. Or going to bed and taking a nap!

 

 

 

Any 4 days/3 nights 

ie. you could arrive Friday morning and leave after breakfast on Monday, but you can however pick any consecutive 4 days/3 nights in the week as long as they are available.

 

1-1 client personal care

£650.00 

 

2 clients-1-2 personal care;

£850.00 for 2 people

(This can only work if you are bringing a gym buddy-best friend-partner, sibling etc)

 

Day programme prices start from £120 and include breakfast and lunch.
